First things first: keep your promises

I recently had the chance to chat with Momchil Blaskov in his podcast about the importance of CX, what leaders in the field do more than the others, the significance of looking at your CX in competitive context and much more. Most importantly, we touched on the topic of keeping promises, which for me is the key ingredient for success in any business.

At the end of the day, customers are happy with a product or a service if and only if it delivers the value they expected.

Old-school? Yes.

But I would, any given day, take a truth dressed in an old-school fashion than buzz words in modern attire.

My advice is this: be careful what you promise and deliver on it. Customers do not want anything else from you.

My best wishes for a great day ahead!
